Getting Mortel: Night Out Outfit & Make Up

Hey Lovelies!

So I mentioned on here that I was going out last night, a bit of a unusual occurrence for me as I always say I am like the world's most rubbish student as I rarely go on nights out. In my first year I was living in halls so going out a few times a week was the norm however fast forward two years, I live with my boyfriend, we have grown up stuff to pay like bills and rent so any money I have left over goes on make up and clothes naturally. However now and then it's good to have a night out and let you hair down and that I did last night. I went out with my friends Ellen and Vicki from my uni course and we had such a good time. Had a proper girly night that consisted of drinking a fair bit, the usual girl thing of making friends in the toilets with other girls and well having a good old dance to some cheesy music. Though I think what made my night was One Direction being played in Reflex.

However today I'm not feeling too peachy, well I feel better now than what I did before, needless to say today has been a lazy sofa day. I have kind of realised why I don't go out very often- I can't hack the hangover. That being said I did have a great night and even lasted till the clubs closed.... I know rock and roll.

So of course any girl knows that one of the best bits about going out is doing your hair, make up and choosing an outfit. I was really pleased with the way I looked in the mirror (this is without being big headed by the way) I thought my make up looked nice but on camera it's a completely different story. I seem to have suffered the dreaded ghost face even though I mixed foundations (if anyone has any recommendations for a foundation without any SPF but is good coverage let me know!) Also in my outfit photos I seemed to not able to stand in a normal way and my arms seem to resemble slabs of gammon. Not cool.
