It's all about the print: Floral Shorts Outfit

Hello!

Put your hands up if you've been loving this warm sunny weather we've had over the past few days. You at the back, you a vampire? Ha just kidding, but seriously I am loving this little last bit of sunshine we're probably going to have before Autumn stomps in with it's blustery evenings and golden leaves. Of course this means I am frantically trying to wear anything summery I can before the sun hides. I was all prepared for Autumn wear and colours and now I've been thrown back into thinking about shorts and sandals! Crazy. Today was my day off and after dropping my boyfriend's sister off at the train station who came to stay with us last night, we decided to go to Ikea. We hadn't been in months and well what couple doesn't like walking round Ikea, planning what to do when you get a house together or pretending the room displays are your actual house aka 500 Days of Summer stylee.

Top: H&M
Necklace: River Island
Sandals: Steve Madden
Bag: Zara

I decided to throw on a pretty simple outfit, but was determined to not just throw on my usual combination of my River Island shorts. I opted for my Own The Runway floral shorts* with probably one of the most worn things in my item.. a white tshirt. You really can't beat a white tshirt, it goes with so many things and looks so effortlessly stylish. I'm all about the key pieces at the moment. Ikea was good, even though we didn't have meatballs. I'm in shock from going to Ikea and not eating meatballs! I did however buy a beautiful duvet cover which I'm sure you'll see on Instagram soon (dizzybrunette3 by the way) my boyfriend never usually lets me get girly floral duvet cases but maybe he was feeling a little woozy from the Meatball aroma and was fine with me getting it! Though he might pull a face when I put it on later...heh heh. So today I'm all about the floral prints!

So I hope you've all had a good day, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this weather stays with us for a few more days! :)
