My Everyday Make Up... Currently

Hello!

If you're a fellow beauty blogger or even just a beauty enthusiast like I am, you'll be like me that you like to change your make up round. I like to try different foundations, blushes, eyeshadows... the works. However sometimes, just sometimes you stay faithful to products and find yourself using the same products most days. I know, crazy stuff eh? I've been using this concoction of products for the past few weeks so thought I'd share them with you all. Also now I am officially working full time, these products also help my make up last for the 8 hour working day.

Base: Okay I am still promiscuous when it comes to my base make up, but it's either one of the two. On good skin days I turn to Dr Jart BB Cream (waterfuse edition) I'm still not a 100% on this product. The colour is a one shade fits all which personally I find bull, it's a little too pale for me but I suppose it's nothing that a bit of bronzer can't fix. I like the finish though and it lasts quite well. (* Update: After taking the pictures for this post, I realised this BB cream was the reason for a bad breakout I had. I am no longer using it and only use my YSL Touche Eclat Foundation now.) Then on dry or bad skin days I turn to my new favourite YSL touche Eclat foundation, I love this foundation so much! It can get a little oily so I need to powder throughout the day but I love the look. I mix them with my Estee Lauder Maximum Cover for a foundation and concealer all in one. I find that when using the EL and YSL you get this flawless almost doll like look which I personally like. You don't look caked in make up though, your skin just looks really good. For the dreaded bags, I use mixture of Collection Lasting Perfection concealer and YSL Touche Eclat. It's alright but I'm coveting the By Terry Cover Expert pen.

Cheeks: Bronzer and blush are must haves for warming my skin up in this cold weather. My beloved Bobbi Brown matte bronzer in the shade natural has hit pan *sob sob* I use this to warm my skin up and add some contouring to my round cheeks. I also love a peach blush, MAC Melba is my fave right now. For a cheeky highlight ( see what I did there?) I pop MAC strobe cream on my cheekbones, nose and brow bone. It's amazing. Unrelated to cheeks, I wake my eyes up with Eyedew Sparkling eyedrops, they turn me from a zombie to an actual normal person.

My Everyday Make Up on my Face...

Eyes:  Moving onto eyes, I of course use my beloved Urban Decay Naked palette, my current combo is Naked ( all over the lid) Buck ( in the crease) Sidecar (middle of the lid) and Smog (outer corner.) Then followed by a slick of liquid liner from L'oreal's Superliner which is amazing! Then I add lashings of mascara (ha I'm on a roll with the puns today) with 17's Falsifye, apparently Millie Mack uses this and to protect them Bourjois Waterproof clubbing mascara. Then I add some Rimmel Scandaleyes Nude liner in my waterline to revive my eyes and fill my brows in with an Accessorize brow pencil. Sometimes I'll use my Maybelline Gel eyeliner in my waterline to liven my eyes up.

Lips: My current every day lip is MAC Shy Girl, mainly for the fact it's a peachy nude and I don't need a mirror to re apply when I'm running around at work.

Bish Bash Bosh, there's my everyday make up products.. well for the time being. What's your current must haves? Do you change your make up as often as you change your pants? Or are you a bit more loyal? I hope you've all had a great day, work has been super busy today but I am so glad to be settling down tonight to watch some tv.. it's way too cold to be going out in this weather. Agree? Yes okay :)
