Flowers & Chocolate.. what's not to love?Friday, February 08, 2013
Valentine's day.. love it or loathe it, it's fast approaching. Well next Thursday to be precise! Whether you're loved up or single, Valentine's can be a bit of a funny one. Personally I don't mind Valentine's but my boyfriend and I never do anything too special. I think this year I'll buy him a creme egg or something, you know push the boat out. But if you're looking for something a little more for your loved one, I may have the answer. Flowers and chocolates are always welcome presents and they make the perfect Valentine's present. Interflora who send luxury flowers by post, have an array of bouquets to send this year. Whether it's for that special someone, or even for your best mate who's feeling a bit rubbish about being single.. there's something for everyone.
Interflora recently sent me a bouquet of flowers (the old softies) from their Valentine's range and I have to say they're gorgeous! I have the Valentine's Rose and Lily hand tied bouquet*, which have gorgeous red roses which are obviously the flower of Valentine's and pink oriental Lily's which have seriously brightened up my flat. It's a stunning bouquet that even comes with a box of heart shaped chocolates. They came wrapped up in red gift wrap and already in water which means that a week on they're still going strong. I've had to come over all Charlie Dimmock (though I've not been ditching the bra thankfully) and trimming the stems and tending to my flowers to get the most out of them. The Lily's smell lovely and you can smell them as soon as you go into my living room. My boyfriend keeps joking he sent them to me.. I should of told him that they were from Olly Murs, to keep him on his toes! Haha.
All in all, I love my flowers, so thank you Interflora for sending them to me. They've brightened up my week. If you're looking to send someone a special something, then check out Interflora, they have an array of valentines gifts, that suit all budgets. They also do next day delivery so if you're reading this on Wednesday and have forgot Valentine's is tomorrow, you've still got time! So I hope you've all had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend! I'll see you all soon :)
