The Gift Guide for All girlsThursday, December 05, 2013
I feel that Christmas has crept up on us like a sneaky sneakerson. I swear it like last week, I was sunbathing on my very fragile sun lounger, not wanting to make any sudden movements in case I fell through the material. And now, it's almost Christmas! Anyway, if you're like me and you've felt that Christmas has just come out of nowhere, now might be the time to start that shopping. Or if you may just need those final little bits. So I have thought up of a few final touches or maybe whole present ideas for the girls in your life. Whether you're shopping for your sister, cousin, best friend or a work colleague I have a selection of gifts for different types of girls.
If the lady you're shopping for, belongs in the Bluebird in Chelsea or hitting up Madison Avenue in NYC, these gifts may be for you. For the Millie Mackintosh and Olivia Palermo in your life. From luxury eye palettes (this Charlotte Tilbury one is amazing) statement necklaces, glittery nail polish (glittery but classy people) gorgeous candles, Cloud 9's O *to make their hair even more swishy)*magnetic mascara, our girls don't wear falsies too often and finally a lush handbag. It looks a lot pricier than what it is.
Next we have presents for the girly girls, so whether this is your little sister, niece or maybe your super girly bff, I've got it covered. For the Mollie King's and Ariana Grande's in your life, they should be a Disney princess not working in your office. From budget glowy foundation, the cutest phone case, a beaut floral wash bag, and the best night shirt *that one is on my wish list* the girliest satchel ever invented. The cutest and looks like the fluffiest onesie, Fiji by Essie, the best nail polish ever, Urban Decay's Naked 3 palette, out the week before Christmas guys and finally Merry Marshmallow, the sweetest candle for the sweetest girl you know. *vom did I just write that?*
Urban Decay Naked 3 palette (out on 19th December)
Finally for the cool girl, your super cool BFF, or older sister. Eleanor Calder and Alexa Chung are pretty darn cool in my eyes and these are for the girls who like a little more grunge than girly. This Zara Messenger bag is great for carrying your bits about but won't let you get the dreaded bag elbow. Lush cut out boots from Topshop, buy them a pair of frilly ankle socks with these too. A snuggly tartan scarf from Zara *need this in my life* A tartan dress from River Island *they'd look perfect with the boots, if you're feeling generous* and a plum lipstick from MAC.
So there is a few suggestions for some presents for every girl in your life! How are you getting on with your shopping?
