The Mini Mani month that I got was a little different to some of the other Mini Mani month's, for example my one didn't have a full size polish on the 24th day and some of the colours were different. My sister bought hers from ASOS and she'd said mine was slightly different to hers, probably why it was a little cheaper too. Now having 24 nail polishes was pretty exciting, I'd never tried Ciate polishes, so I was looking forward to trying a new brand, and at first I was a tad worried how the colours would be. Usually with these kind of things, the colours can be a little *ahem* duff. But I needn't have worried, the colours were so pretty from orange toned reds, sludgy khaki's and pretty pastels. I don't think a day went by when I was disappointed. Obviously out of the 24 polishes, I had my favourites.
We start with Candy Floss, a barbie pink, something I can never resist, Snow Globe, a chunky flecky glitter which was perfect for Christmas nails.. A holographic glitter, which with a steady hand and a funnel can create an amazing accent nail. A bugger to get off though. ... a peachy toned pink which will be a summer nail staple. Amazing Gracie, a sheer toned pink, think Essie Fiji's little sister. Pillow Fight, a purple toned grey which is perfect for this time of year, probably my favourite colour out of the lot. Chinchilla, a baby blue toned grey, again amazing, for a icy manicure. Finally Pepperminty, a minty baby blue, which is just gorgeous! You can still get a Mini Mani Month reduced on ASOS!
I have loved having all these mini nail polishes, I have found the formula to be great too. You can go a few days without chipping and it's glossy and applies lovely. I only have one problem with Ciate... The Mini Mani month makes choosing which colour to paint my nails just too difficult.
