Last year, the world's biggest lush shop opened on Oxford Street in London. It has three floors, and shock horror, I had never visited. It had been on my list of places to go when in London, but I'd never got round to it. However, recently a DM landed in my Instagram inbox which was from the Lush Oxford Street account, asking me if I'd like to have a shop tour next time I was in London. I thought 'this is finally my chance to go and visit.' I said yes of course, booked a slot and a couple of weeks ago, my sister and I walked in very excited about the prospect of three floors of Lush products.

The shop is a bit crazy, it's packed and I imagine it's like that all the time. The familiar Lush scent hits you as soon as you go in, and I was like 'where do we start?' Thankfully we had Max (a Lush employee not a randomer don't worry) to show us round. We started on the bottom floor, on this floor you have the Lush Spa which is where you can have a number of treatments using Lush products. I'd never thought much about the Lush Spa before, but the treatments sounded really interesting. They're quite pricey but they sound very unique, so definitely worth looking into!

The bottom floor also had a lot of the fragrance range, including two themed rooms for the current fragrance launch, one was a 70s disco themed room with a huge discoball! These change every launch and they were really fun to look round. After having a good look around all the fragrances, spa, and some skincare, we then went up to the third floor.  This floor houses all the bath products. Think bath bomb heaven. There were so many to choose from including some Oxford Street exclusives. There were also bath oil truffles which were so cute and again exclusive to the shop. There were also sinks for you to try bath bombs which was really cool, and also helpful when I usually go in there saying 'right what's going to turn my bath a nice colour for Instagram?' I could pretend that I'm joking but I'm not.

The middle floor which is the level you walk into from the street, has skincare, hair care, make up and a few bath products in it. The haircare bit was quite big and again I'd never tried much from the hair range but Max made the conditioners and hair masks sound so good, I had to get some. My hair has been feeling very dry recently, so I thought that my hair needed some Lush tlc. We also spent a while looking at skincare, Max recommended a few different face masks for me to try, and I took home Cupcake with me. This is a mask which draws out impurities and cleanses the skin and it also smells like chocolate so that's always a winner.

The make up range was really big which I found surprising as I'd hadn't seen much of the make up before. Can you tell that usually I just go into Lush for bath bombs and neglect everything else? Anyway, the make up was pretty cool. My faves were the Eye Jewels, they're like crayons for your eyes. I've never seen anything like them. I picked up Hope, a bronze glitter which I am so excited to try! I'll report back! ( I can't seem to find these online, so try and find them in store if you can)

Lush very kindly let me take some products home with me that caught my eye whilst browsing. I decided to try some different things to normal so picked up; H'suan Wen Hua : a hair treatment which helps to improve the condition of your hair using ingredients such as Avocados, Bananas and Eggs. Magical Moringa; a face moisturiser that turns into an oil when touched, it has Argan and rose hip oil to help moisturise the skin.

Damaged - a hot oil hair treatment that you melt in hot water like a hot chocolate stick (also side note Kylie Jenner used one of these on her snapchat the other night so we can now be twins) Lava Lamp bath bomb a bright orange bath bomb exclusive to Oxford Street and Golden Slumbers : a Bath Bomb which turns the water gold. Like actual gold.

I am so excited to try these products and I'll report back with how I find them.

But if you're in London and you're a Lush fan, you need to visit the Oxford Street store. I'd start on the bottom and work your way up. It's a really cool place and all the staff were so helpful (especially Max who showed us round, he was so passionate about his job and told us so many cool things that I didn't know about Lush.)

I no longer will just run into Lush for bath bombs, I now want to try so many different things. I think I will have to visit the Lush Oxford Street store near to Christmas as that is my favourite time of year for Lush products!
