I got bored and thought I’d play around with some make up.

I am terrible at putting false lashes on so I decided that it was time to practice as practice makes perfect right?

So today and yesterday I had a little play with some make up and some different lashes to try and get applying them perfecto 🙂

Right I’ll start with the first look:

Oh dear look at my dodgy liquid eyeliner skills.. Looks like a child did it!

Okay for this look I used:
Sleek Storm Eyeshadow Palette- I used the pearly cream, gold, bronze, and black colours.
L’oreal superstay liquid eyeliner along top lashline.
Maybelline Colossal waterproof mascara so my lashes would match with the falsies and on the bottom lashes.
Black Kohl eyeliner on the waterline, I used Models Own but any will do.
Eye Candy False Lashes 003

And Voila… These lashes are quite natural, you could wear them every day and you’d just look like you had super long lashes 🙂

Right onto next look:
I based this on Cher Lloyd’s eye make up from last nights Xfactor..

I used:
Barry M Dazzle Dust: Silver Brown and Grey I think… I got my dazzle dusts a fair while ago so they might of changed the colours but the “Grey” is really silvery, I used them on the eyelid. Then to Line my lower lash line Sapphire.
Black Kohl eyeliner on the waterline.
Mascara again to match my lashes up to the falsies.
Then the falsies were Sarah’s From the Girls Aloud range for Eyelure, which I have to say might be nicer than Cheryl’s, controversial I know.

I think that I’ve finally got the hang of applying false eyelashes, I managed to crack it with applying them to my eye lid with tweezers instead of my fingers which always meant I applied them too high.

So yep I think that shows what a boring weekend I had.
