Favourite Make Up Products- Part Two-

Hey Girlies,

Hope you’re all having a good day, here is part two of my all time and current favourite make up products. I hope you’ve liked these little posts, think I may do a nails post as I never really post about my favourite colours, base and top coats etc.

Okay let’s get part two on it’s way…

I am a massive fan of mascara’s, I have the philosophy of the bigger and longer the lashes the better. As I am a bit cack handed I tend to keep false lashes for nights out and tend to use 3/4 mascaras to achieve the natural false lash effect. Now here are my favourite three mascara’s…

Collection 2000- Big fake false lash effect mascara- this is a great cheap mascara, it’s under a fiver and is actually really good! It has a big brush so it coats the lashes all in one go, it also lengthens them and volumises them! I’m really impressed with this as it’s so cheap, however I’ve probably had this mascara for 4 weeks maybe and it already feels like it’s on it’s way to being empty soon so it doesn’t last very long.

Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Mascara- Waterproof- This is the waterproof mascara that I always re-purchase. It’s long lasting, doesn’t smudge and makes your lashes super long! It also lasts ages too!

Dior- Diorshow- This mascara is amazing. I got this for my birthday last year and first of all it smells gorgeous. It reminds me of Turkish delight/ marshmallow which is unusual for a mascara. I love it and it makes your lashes look amazing!

Mac- Creme D’nude- This is my new favourite nude lipstick and I honestly do wonder why I haven’t bought a Mac lippie before. It smells gorgeous and lasts ages too! Yes my natural collection lippies are great for the price but this is a little luxury and I never get tired of putting it on!

Before and After Products-

Body Shop Mattifying day cream- This is a must have for all oily skinned ladies, I find that this stops my make up sliding off, keeps oil at bay and keeps your skin moisturised too. I know that some people don’t get on with this but I couldn’t live without it.

Body Shop Vitamin E face mist- I spray this once my make up is complete to ‘set’ it. It makes my make up last all day and is really lovely and light. I did try ELF’s make up and mist spray which yes is half the price of this but it smells of wet dog (in my opinion) and isn’t as light and refreshing.

Okay so there we go a little insight into some of my favourites! Hope you all have a good evening 🙂
