No Make Up Make Up: JK Jemma Kidd Pro Finish Moisture Tint SPF 20 Foundation Review

Hey Lovelies!

Another day, another foundation post! I am a little foundation junkie at the moment, cannot get enough of the stuff! You may of noticed lately that my make up has changed lately, I’ve gone from being a full coverage matte kinda girl but now you’ll be more likely to see me being a little more natural and a well a bit more dewy. You may remember that a few weeks ago I was very luckily invited to Jemma Kidd’s make up academy for a masterclass. We were given a little make up class which included taking our make up off and using some of the new JK by Jemma Kidd products. I was really impressed with the products, and left the event with very glowy skin.

Very luckily we were given a goody bag full of goodies from the JK by Jemma Kidd range and in that was the Pro Finish Moisture Tint which in my eyes is tinted moisturiser. I don’t own any other tinted moisturisers as it’s only been lately that I’ve been experimenting with more natural base make up. But I was really intrigued to give it a go to see if I really had shed my matte doublewear days behind me. The Pro Finish Moisture Tint is a really nice formula, it’s very light and as it claims on the Jemma Kidd’s website it really is no make up, make up. Luckily my skin seems to be getting back on track lately thanks to a new skincare routine that I’ve been using the past few months so this means that every now and then I feel confident enough to wap out Jemma’s Pro Finish Moisture to give me a glowy natural look. This foundation is low coverage and gives you a lovely dewy glow, it has an spf of 20 and blends into the skin really well. I tend to use this with my RT buffing brush as I feel that when I just use my finger it just sits on top of my skin. It’s a really lovely product that I love reaching for on good skin days. I also think this will be perfect for when I visit America as it’s light, dewy and has an SPF of 20 so will protect my face whilst I’m swanning round NYC, Florida and Miami. Of course this doesn’t last as long as regular foundations do and I do find that I have to pop on some powder throughout the day but in my books this isn’t a foundation I would wear for a busy working day, it’s a more natural one and maybe perhaps when the warmer weather arrives I will wear it more often but for the time being I’m finding myself saving it for America. JK by Jemma Kidd can be bought from either ASOS or Jemma Kidd’s official website. The Pro Finish Moisture Tint retails for £14.00 which I don’t think is bad for a tinted moisturiser. And also I think I prefer this to Jemma’s Light As Air foundation.. make of that what you will.

I hope you’ve all had a lovely Tuesday 🙂 I’ve been practising my group work today for my final ever presentation tomorrow (whoo) Surely I’m not the only one who finds group work a massive pain in the bum!
