There’s something a bit special about creating a custom eye palette for yourself. It makes it a bit different and unique. After all you know that no one else will have that ‘exact’ same eye palette. I’d never really ventured into custom palettes until Fashionista got in contact with me and asked whether I’d like them to create a custom eye palette for me. I thought why not. I told them what colours I liked and I think they had a little look on here and a few days later, the Corrie palette popped through my letter box. Unsurprisingly, the Corrie palette is a mixture of neutrals!
The Corrie Eye Palette*
The palette has four shadows, which are absolutely huge! They’re 2.5g and each shadow is £4.00 but currently there is a sale on the Fashionista website, and each shadow is just £1.50. Bargain. The palette itself is also reduced and is currently £2.00. You can create a high quality eye palette for just £8! You really can’t go wrong! The four shades that I have are Stylish; a marble effect shadow with aspects of gold, vanilla, copper and glitter. Couture; another marble shadow with taupe, chocolate and copper and gold glitter, Exclusive Collection; a warm copper and gold mix and finally Double Take a warm rich brown with gold glitter. All the shadows are quite warm toned which are great for pairing with a tan and are all very pigmented!
Wearing the shadows..
I like to mix Stylish, Exclusive Collection and Double Take to create a warm gold/coppery smokey eye. I finish with black liner and lashings of mascara. Perfect. I love this palette as it has a nice big mirror in it and is super handy for travelling. There is also hundreds of colours to choose from so you can make your own palette 🙂 with the current sale on, I think it’d be rude not too!! You can also make your own palette at Superdrug. I hope you are all having a great week, what colours would you add to your custom palette?
